At Honor Hire, we are committed to providing high-quality services including staffing solutions, recruiter training, and resume building. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

 

2. Refunds for Staffing Services

 

General Policy: Refunds for staffing services are generally not provided once the service has commenced. This includes situations where candidates have been referred, or recruitment efforts have begun.

 

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel our staffing services before the recruitment process begins, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of the service agreement date. Refunds will be processed based on the amount paid minus any administrative fees incurred.

In certain cases, refunds may be negotiable depending on the circumstances and at our discretion.

 

3. Refunds for Recruiter Training Programs

 

Program Cancellation by Client: If you cancel your enrollment in a recruiter training program before the course begins, a full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the start date. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

 

Program Cancellation by Honor Hire: If Honor Hire cancels a training program, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid. We will provide you with alternative dates or options where possible.

 

4. Refunds for Resume Building Services

 

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the resume building services, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the completed resume. We will make reasonable revisions based on your feedback at no additional charge. Refunds are not provided if you have approved the final version of your resume.

 

5. How to Request a Refund

 

To request a refund, please contact us via email at Refund@Honorhire.com. Provide your service details, reason for requesting a refund, and any relevant documentation. We will review your request and respond within 10 business days.

 

6. Processing Time

 

Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days from the date we approve your request. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary based on your payment method and bank processing times.

 

7. Changes to This Refund Policy

 

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website, and we encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
