2. User Responsibilities

3. Payment and Fees

• Recruiter Training: Fees for training programs will be communicated upon inquiry. Payments are required before the start of the program.

• Resume Building: Fees for resume building services are provided upon request. Payment is due prior to service commencement.

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Staffing Services: Cancellation terms are detailed in the service agreement. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the agreement.

• Recruiter Training: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the program starts. Refunds may be granted based on our refund policy.

• Resume Building: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. Refunds are not provided after work on the resume has commenced.
