Refunds are generally not provided once a service has commenced. However, if you cancel staffing services before recruitment begins, we may offer a refund minus any administrative fees. For training programs, cancellations made 14 days before the start date are eligible for a full refund. Refunds for resume building services are not provided once the final version is approved.
